We had a great stay at a very conveniently located, well maintained, property.

Great location. Close to shopping, dining, and beaches. The apartment was clean and had two window AC units to keep the apartment comfortable. A real bonus was the parking space on the property. Parking is super tight in Key West, so this was a real plus. The large front porch made for a comfortable seating area.

The street on which the property is located is quite loud until about midnight. The kitchen really lacked practical amenities. There were no plates, bowls, eating utensils, filters for the coffee maker, cork/bottle opener, etc. as for cooking, there is only a small microwave.

Great location and cute house!

Centrally located to the heart of Key West, meaning one block from Duval Street and 3 blocks from waterfront. Very clean upstairs unit. Good shower pressure. Free coffee, and when I texted asking for more, it was delivered in a timely manner. An included parking spot!

The unit does not have central a/c: 2 window units, one in LR and one in BR. They were constantly running on high and it disturbed our sleep. This is personal preference, some people might like that noise.

gross flying ants crawling on us and flying around during our stay

We really only liked the location. The place could have been acceptable if it weren't for the bug problem during our 1 night stay.

WE had flying ants in the evening crawling and flying on us. It was disgusting. They were crawling out from the walls. They were in spare bedding of the closet and in the sleeper sofa. My kids were freaked out and none of us couldn't sleep. I called Vacasa immediately when we returned from dinner that night and even sent them pictures. They said someone would get a hold of me and come out. They never did. At no point did one reached out to me. Not sure if it was taken care of. We paid over $393 for one nights stay. I have called them twice to get compensation for the nasty inconvenience. And still no one has reached out. No ETHICS and poor business. We will go back to Key West but won't stay here.

We were there for our 32 wedding anniversary. We could not have been more pleased. We booked last minute and you exceeded our expectations!

Beware the $213 add-on charges!

Location

The apartment is nice and clean, parking is a bit tight and the A/C window unit is old and very loud (right next to the bed, so get some earplugs). I am mainly upset about the exorbitant add-on fee of $213 (including $119 for cleaning...). This is not apparent when you search on booking.com. The price quoted was $166.40 for 2 days, and the additional charges were in very fine print so I missed it and ended up paying $379.35. Unfortunately, once you click “reserve” the money is gone and not refundable even if you cancel. I do expect some add-on charges and taxes but $213 is exorbitant, especially the $120 cleaning fee for a 2-day stay.

we had several problems with the unit rental and parking and lack of supplies that were listed that we were supposed to have and didn’t have and we were told that we would be reimbursed for parking off the lot because there was nowhere to park and I sent that information in and we have not had any responses and all of the phone calls we made there were no responses to the Vacasa. Customer service is terrible and I will continue to pursue that parking reimbursement.

We would LOVE to stay here when we travel to the Keys again!!

Accessing the property was extremely easy. Emails were sent a few days prior to our arrival with instructions and information about the property as well as an additional email the day off arrival that included the access door code. The kitchen was a full kitchen. The bedroom, living area, and bathrooms were all large/good sizes. There were even 2 decks! The accomodations were very clean, kept up, and comfortable.

The parking is tight. There are 3 out of 4 parking spots open to guests (the 4th spot is reserved). We needed to take our chances and park in the reserved spot for one of our nights. We called to ask what we should do and didn't receive a call back until mid afternoon the next day, which was obviously too late. Also, there is no washer / dryer on the premises. We did not ask about one prior to our arrival but it would have been a nice additon since we ended up going to a laundramat.

Fabulous location! We could easily walk everywhere. The refrigerator was large which is good if you want to store a lot of cold drinks.

The Wi-fi and Direct TV were awful. Internet connection was intermittent. The suggestion we restart the router was ridiculous since there was no router. Equally ridiculous is the suggestion we contact the provider as if we had any pertinent information. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. The unit could do without a 4 slice toaster which takes up a lot of room and replace it with a dish basin.

Low maintenance spot for pseudo local couple who enjoy Pepes for every breakfast.

The location and the privacy. The house was minutes from Duval and downtown. We had our own little porch to sit on and enjoy outside. The full kitchen also was nice.

There was no amenities on site. Also no access anywhere else for a pool or hot tub. No staff present on site either.

Best apartment sized fridge with ice-maker and very few steps to go up.

There was no breakfast here, but we brought stuff to make our own. We LOVED the apartment sized refrigerator WITH an ice-maker!!!!! We are on a strict diet and had to bring our own food, and the freezer and almost full sized fridge was AWESOME!!!! The bed was comfortable, the room was quite large, and we loved the eat-in table available for our meals. We loved the large kitchen sink and dishes and utensils to use while we were there. The bathroom was quite large, and the closet had plenty of hangers for all of my clothes. We literally parked our car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. It was 1 block north of Duval Street, which we LOVED!!!!!

Maybe an extra set of bed linens, because we stayed 5 nights, and would've liked to have fresh linens to change our bed mid-way through our stay. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be coming back.

Top Lage aber verbesserungsbedürftige Ausstattung

Die Lage in Old Town war prima, man konnte fußläufig alles Sehenswerte erreichen. Schön war der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die zwei Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren sauber und bequem.

Da wir aufgrund von Unverträglichkeiten viel selber kochen müssen, fehlte es an Töpfen , bzw. Deckeln. Am wichtigsten wäre aber ein vernünftiger Tisch mit Stühlen gewesen. Wir waren zu Fünft und drei Personen mussten sich zum Essen auf die Schlafcouch quetschen, die wir morgens wieder zurück bauen mussten. Es gab tatsächlich nur einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Zum Vorbereiten war kaum Platz. In den 3 Zimmern war jeweils eine Klimaanlage, die allerdings alle so laut waren, dass Schlafen mit Ohrenstöpseln notwendig war. Wir haben sie nachts ausgeschaltet und lieber die Hitze ertragen, um etwas Schlaf zu bekommen. Sehr schade, da das Haus wirklich ein altes Schmuckstück ist. Dann lieber nur an max 4 Personen vermieten und vernünftig ausstatten. Die gute Lage hat uns etwas besänftigt.

Saludos señores, Por motivos de trabajo puedo escribirles hasta hoy. El día 26 de marzo pasado tenía una reservación para una noche en un lugar supuestamente llamado Four Flowers Guesthouse, en Key West, Florida. Yo me encontraba de visita en dicho lugar por primera vez y me dirigí ahí en un carro alquilado. Para dirigirme al lugar lo busqué por su nombre: Four Flowers Guesthouse. Lo busqué tanto en waze como en Google maps. PERO DICHO NOMBRE NO EXISTE. Para eso utilicé la dirección del lugar que aparece en la página de booking: Downtown Key West, Cayo Hueso, 33040, Estados Unidos. Cuando llegué a dicha dirección NO CORRESPONDÍA AL LUGAR. Pregunté a personas que estaban por ese lugar, si conocían un lugar que se llamaba Four Flowers Guesthouse, Y NADIE CONOCÍA ESE LUGAR. Realicé búsquedas en Google para el nombre Four Flowers Guesthouse. Y DICHO LUGAR NO APARECE EN NINGÚN OTRO SITIO QUE NO SEA BOOKING. Luego de pasar serias angustias porque mi celular se descargó y no tenía donde cargarlo (no podía cargarlo en el carro) y tener que ir a dos restaurantes a gastar dinero con tal de que me permitieran cargar el celular, revisé el mapa que aparecía en booking, y logré llegar a la ubicación que supuestamente correspondía a Four Flowers Guesthouse. Pero al llegar a ese lugar NO HABÍA NINGÚN LUGAR CON EL NOMBRE Four Flowers Guesthouse. Recalcó que estuve llamando al número de teléfono que aparece en booking Y NINGUNA PERSONA CONTESTÓ. También envié un correo electrónico al contacto que aparece en booking, dando mi WhatsApp, y al día de hoy no ha sido contestado el correo ni recibí la llamada de WhatsApp. Arto, frustrado y bastante molesto, decidí ir a buscar otro lugar para poderme alojar en Key West esa noche. Por lo anterior, creo que tengo suficientes motivos para exigir que se me devuelva el pago que realicé.
