This spacious apartment for 4-6 people is located upstairs of the house and has a balcony overlooking the sea for the perfect holiday. Facilities With a size of 100 square meters, up to 6 people can find plenty of space in this tastefully furnished accommodation. On two living levels is one bedroom with double bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed and on request a travel cot and a high chair for the smallest guests available. The apartment also has a modern shower room with bath, shower / WC, 2 sinks, bidet, a separate kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave, a large dining table and a living area with comfortable sofas. Here you can watch DVDs or switch on the satellite TV. For a leisurely exploration of the area, bicycles are available for a fee. Special Features Enjoy a bottle of wine upon arrival. Enjoy the sea view from your balcony and spend cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. For our little guests here are already a Kinderreisebettchen incl. Matching mattress and a high chair ready for free use. Other cots and high chairs can be rented for a fee. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two to four people including utilities. Each additional person 15,00 € per night incl. Sheets and towels.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds & towels for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
