A short drive away is the popular Wilton Drive, with restaurants, bars, and shopping. Easy access to shopping, Las Olas Blvd, restaurants and famous Fort Lauderdale Beach (11 minute drive).
This charming property is more than just a house; it’s our beloved home, and we’re thrilled to share its warmth and hospitality with you.
--POLICIES--
- Please be respectful to our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum while enjoying your stay.
-No smoking inside the unit or in the screened porch area. A penalty for additional cleaning measures of $250 will be charged if found to be in violation!
- No pets allowed
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR VISITORS for the safety of other guests and residents as mandated by Broward County Guidelines for a Safe reopening. Any violations of this policy will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $50 penalty/per unregistered visitor. This policy is in place FOR YOUR SAFETY!
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve
*EXTERIOR cameras are located throughout the property for your safety**
Other Things to Note:
DO NOT PARK CARS ON GRASS. Sprinkler systems are in place all the way from
front of the house to where grass meets the street!
Please note that the city is very strict about code enforcement, and as a result, guests found to be in violation of any of the following three rules will be charged $500 per violation:
1. No more than two cars parked on site in the driveway
2. Loud noise or music between 10 P.M. - 7 A.M.
3. Parties and unauthorized guests of more than 6 total people
