The combined dining and living area has been very stylishly furnished and has a flat screen TV, a stereo and a DVD player. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary technical equipment - such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and stove or Oven. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed can be completely darkened using electric shutters. The sofa in the living area can be pulled out and offers an additional bed for two guests. The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer and a towel dryer. Special features This non-smoking apartment is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers and at the same time suitable for senior citizens. An underground parking space is available for guests. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The tourist tax is settled on arrival. The cure tax is for all persons from 16 years in the period from May 1st to September 30th of each year 2.10 euros per person per day, reduced from 1.00% disability 1.00 euros and in the period from 01.10 - April 30th of each year 1.50 euros per person per day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
