Located in Mountain Village and just minutes from the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride, this sophisticated three-bedroom home offers fantastic views overlooking the San Sofia Ridge and its towering 13,000 ft. mountain peaks from its two decks. With luxury finishes throughout, this home features a well-stocked gourmet kitchen, a sunlit dining area, a comfortable living space, steam showers, and two large private decks complete with a propane grill. For those needing to stay connected while away, a dedicated study is equipped with two computer monitors, making it an ideal remote work setup. This three-bedroom home offers the perfect combination of luxury and comfort, with a King Primary Bedroom, two Queen Bedrooms, and a loft conveniently appointed with an additional Queen bed—comfortably accommodating your whole family or a group of friends enjoying a mountain escape. ​​​​​​​AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. *Home Truths:* - Due to a severe allergy, absolutely no pets, including service animals, are allowed at this property. We apologize for any inconvenience. - The walking path between the garage and condo contains steps. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. - Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it. Parking Details: Parking for one vehicle is in a detached garage located down the exterior staircase from the condo. Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 3 / Queen bed w/ ensuite Loft/ Queen bed --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. STR Permit #: 006842
