PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This unit does not have a generator. NO BOONDOCKING. Reservation must be made with RV campground for full hook up site which will need to include 50 amp electric, water, and sewer. Must have all three hook ups. No exceptions. This camper is 43 feet long so the space will need to accommodate the length. This is the length without a vehicle. Please be mindful of low hanging branches when booking a campsite. This unit is available for delivery only - please send me a message to approve your reservation. Located near Fort Lauderdale and Miami beautiful beaches. Modern and very spacious with a lot of natural light. 2 private bedrooms. Large fridge/freezer. 1 bathroom with walk in shower. 2 ac units, heat and hot water heater. Sleeps 8 - Master bedroom with queen bed(2), 2nd bedroom with fold out mattress(2), Overhead loft(2), Pull out couch(2). Please see photos! Check-In delivery is at 3pm unless another time is agreed upon before the reservation starts. Check out is at 10am unless another time is agreed upon before the reservation starts. The person that books the reservation must be present at the time of delivery for key handoff. Late arrival or check out will result in a convenience fee. Absolutely no smoking and no animals inside this unit. If there is any trace of smoking or animals will result in loss of full security deposit. Please only flush provided toilet paper in the toilet and nothing else as this can result in clogging/damage.
