The hotel is some way from the centre of Venlo, so it's better to take a taxi from the train station rather than a bus to get there. As hotels go, this one is straightforward and unpretentious, with rooms that match those shown on the hotel's website. Initially an old hostel, the hotel has a no-frills atmosphere, making it suitable for a short stay of just a few days. The breakfast offered was basic but overall, quite good. I found the staff members friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Been here before. The price/ quality very good. Well organized, friendly. Doesn’t look too inviting when driving to the hotel but it’s fine. Very good stop over. We have rebooked for our return. Shopping center just down the road and. dry convenient for the motorway. Also nice and quiet. Thumbs up.

We were satisfied with the price/quality but the internet pictures tend to make you think it’s more of a hotel than a motel which we think it is. We are not knocking it and have stayed at a lot of „Hotels“ that are not as good and much more expensive.

Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Our evening meal in the restaurant was very good , the buffet breakfast in the morning was very tasty but lacked variety. The room was small but well equipped. The television had very poor reception and was unwatchable

We were delay crossing the channel by almost 3 hours meaning we would ot get to the hotel until after end of check-in. I contacted the hotel who were helpful and gavs me i structions of how I could do a late check-in. This was later followed up with an email of the instructions. Access to the room was straightforward resulting in a stress free experience unlike that at Le Shuttle. The hotel was easy to find from the motorway and staff very polite.

We had three rooms as there was 2 couples and a disabled person. Two rooms on the first floor and the disabled room on the ground floor. The staff were very accommodating and made the effort to make us welcome including speaking English as we butchered the Dutch language. We were too late for the breakfast serving as we didn’t know what time it finished, but the staff did let us have a quick meal and coffee. I would recommend this hotel, it was clean and had everything we needed and was comfortable.

I was meetings friends in Venlo for a night out but couldn't get a hotel in the center so i booked this one . The rooms were clean and tidy with everything i needed for my stay free wifi a tv and tea and coffee. The breakfast was nice with a wide choice. The car park is free and its only €20 for a taxi into the center.

Very good basic hotel. It was clean, comfortable and close to the motorway. Staff were helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the kettle didn't work but these things happen. I'll definitely think about staying here if I pass through again.

Motel style hotel that has utilitarian style rooms that offer no frills. TV could not be turned off with remote and I had to unplug it every time I wanted to switch it off. Beds were flimsy and a bed collapsed when I sat on it as they are on long legs with wheels at the bottom. Wi fi worked well and staff were very friendly and helpful
