Within the popular beach town of Paignton, this home is ideally located for exploring North Devon. You’ll be able to stroll down to sandy Goodrington Beach in just seven minutes – from there, admire the unusual red colour of the sand and go for a walk along the pretty pier. While in town, why not pick up some fresh produce to cook on the barbecue for the ultimate British summertime meal back home. Upon your return, knock up a few light bites in the swanky kitchen before sipping bubbly on your private glass-fronted balcony – we can vouch for the sea views. Come evening, enjoy an al fresco dinner or watch the sun go down over the water with a glass of chilled wine. While you won’t have it all to yourself, the large pool will be a welcomed sight on sunny days. However, the real highlight of this home is access to the neighbouring boating lake which lets you hire out swam boats and bob along the peaceful waterway below. Bliss. Home truths: *The pool and barbecue are communal, so you’re likely to be sharing them with other guests *You’ll need to climb down a floor to reach the pool area, so this home may not be suitable for those with limited mobility *Dogs are welcome (unfortunately no cats), but a charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay – your host will arrange this with you after booking confirmation *There's allocated parking for one car in the car park around the front of the building *The twin beds in the second bedroom can be made up as a king-sized bed upon request
