Villino liberty

Great location. Awesome view from the main bedroom - the lake from one side and then the picturesque village on the other side. Home was super clean. Big front yard to have a picnic/ breakfast The most central location close to everything in the town.

Location, beautiful antique little house and most tastefully remodelled. Very quiet and private. Beautiful garden. We had a rental car so we drove and parked in the property but could have easily gotten there from Milan by train and boat, there's a dock with regular transport to Como right across the gate.

All was very well and according to description. Even the spiral stairs weren't that hard. We were 3 adults and a teenager. If with small children or elderly it sould be challenging. The only thing I would say worth improving would be a bit of a renewel to the kitchen. But it was all very clean and with everything we could need.

Traumhaftes Anwesen. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die Anlegestelle der Fähre Richtung Como. Vor dem Haus befinden sich mehrere Bars und Restaurants. Es gibt wohl einen Parkplatz am Grundstück, aber den haben wir nicht gebraucht. Die Räume sind hübsch, bequem und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zu Silvia und der Empfang durch Sardi waren sehr professionell. Besonders schön ist der Garten, der eher ein kleiner Park ist. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig. Info: Im EG befinden sich Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Im 1. Stock (über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen) liegen zwei große Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette.

Superb location approximately 100 yards from the multi-destination ferry pier and 500 yards from bus stops. Beautiful outlook from the larger upstairs bedroom with two balconies looking over Lake Como. Extensive private garden with table and four chairs/ cushions. Choice of descent restaurants and bars within 50-500 yards. Property felt very safe with electrically controlled outer gate.

Bedroom access is via a very narrow and steep spiral, metal staircase that younger clients can manage ok but grandad (77) found it a bit difficult and would not have managed luggage on his own. The shower-room is on the ground floor but there is an upstairs loo with a small sink. Despite detailed instructions on how to find the property we found it very difficult the first time.
