2025 family vacation

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the location as it was close to Destin for all the amenities but away from the crowds and traffic. The pool and beach service were very nice and they have grills for guests on site. The gulf front balcony was very relaxing and in the morning we could watch dolphins playing out in the water.

Great location, right on the beach. Very easy to find, good parking, easy to unload the car.

The bed was very uncomfortable, felt like it was completely wore out. It sucks not being able to get a good night's rest.

Beach Trip 2024

Pros: Unit E2006 was clean, roomy and had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Pool was below our room but was not a problem and no issues. Beach was 2 minute walk, umbrella and 2 chairs provided. For a reasonable cost, beach attendant set up our reserved spot each day, this was very convenient! Beach was clean with white sand and warm gulf waters.

Cons: LOUD Garage construction under our floor. The construction was loud and disrupting from 9 AM to 5 PM. We could not rest in our room during the day with the noise. We were not made aware of the construction until it was well past our cancellation window. There was no communication about this construction during booking. This should have been communicated to guests well in advance!

Everything! It was beautifully decorated. It was close to the beach. It was clean and spacious. We loved it.

This was an amazing trip full of peace and tranquility.

The beauty and cleanliness of the room. It was a very short walk to the beach. I loved the view. One of the best parts is that the chairs and umbrella were included.

Very clean property. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. i was very satisfied. No weird smells in the rooms or bathrooms. i will be recommending this beautiful hotel.

The doors in and out of the hotel would jam. The codes wouldnt work.

Kitchen sink was loose. Had to rotate the handle really far to get hot water. No skillets other than very small ones. Return air vent very dirty. Found dead cockeroach in kitchen.

Convenient and comfortable with a great view steps away from the beach.

Great location steps away from the beach in a smaller complex. Enjoyed watching the sunset and beach from our own balcony and also being able to go back and forth to the condo and beach really quickly. Love having a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.

Perhaps having a little thicker blankets would be nice (since the temperature was a bit lower)

Small uncomfortable bed. Air conditioning switches to heat if it's below 72 outside...made for unrestful nights. Room smelled like someone had been taking bong hits 10 minutes before we walked in...

Rented accommodations for 4 but when on beach received 2 beach chairs. Was told 2 more for the week was 200 dollars. With all the taxes and fees added to room cost which was ridiculous at 700. In Extra cost above advertised rate Just should've received enough chairs for number of people Left 24 hours early because of weather feel I should've received credit for that day
