Okay, will not return

The location.

The apartment was advertised as sea view, it was not sea view when we arrived. The apartment was ground level and right beside the front door of the complex. It was very loud as you could hear all other residents leaving and coming from the building. The apartment advertised did not show there were stairs and when we arrived to the apartment it was a two story apartment. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We could not access the pool as the key fob was not working. We messaged management every day to try and get it fixed and the woman did not attempt to fix it until our last day, and failed to fix it. The management woman told us through text messages that the other residents of the apartment complex did not want tourists in the area, which somehow that had something to do with the pool fob not working, the situation was very confusing. We were promised compensation for not being able to access the pool and we did not receive any refunds. The lighting in the apartment was very poor, it was yellow toned and incredibly difficult to sit and get ready for your evening as the lighting was so poor. The bathroom had poor ventilation and no windows. The shower head was broken and the stand for the shower head did not allow the shower head to be moved at all so water just sprayed all over the floor. Only one small bin bag provided which is not enough for a group of people and a couple of toilet rolls which left us having to go to the supermarkets for more. Overall we felt the apartment was very expensive for the standard of the place, please try and save yourself the hassle and money and book an apartment elsewhere.

Pleasant

Nicely located: close to beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. You have the most necessary equipments in. Air-conditioner down and upstairs too. We had a little sea view from the balcony. 1.5 bathroom, several shower gels and shampoos given. One double bed upstairs and a sofa downstairs for 2 (thinner person). Nice indoor garage. First you have to enter the apartmenet to get your keys and after you can open the gate and the garage door.

Quite difficult communication with a lady. We had 2 blankets for 4 person for 5 nights, however we told her at the first days if we could have 2 more. No windows in any of the bathrooms, wich wouldn't be a problem if the ventilator worked. We left our keys inside after closing the door at saturday so obviously it was quite difficult to solve it easily. They brought the 2nd key for 35 €. So pay attention to your keys if you don't want to call a locksmith for 160 € as the lady suggested us previosuly.

The property is dark on ground floor on busy street with no sunshine and cars and people walking past the terrace, no privacy. Dirty cushions dirty washing machine and sheets Dangerous exposed wiring in living room light. Not able to use shower at all as it fitted too high and not adjustable. Told them and the company were not interested and did not reply to messages or fix problem and did not communicate and ask about other issues as well.

No me gustó nada ni el trato ..ni las instalaciones ni los que atienden ..( mal..fatal no ..lo siguiente) pésimo ..cuando la entrada era alas 15h nunca están preparados para tenerlo todo preparado ..nos hicieron entrar alas 19h de la tarde .cuando pedías explicación..te decían que sino no quería esperar que me busque otro sitio ..que rabia:(

Nada absolutamente nada ..por lo menos los que atienden ..tendrían que aprender hablar mejor a los clientes .😡😡😡

La amabilidad y paciencia de la chica,que nos,atendió por teléfono cuando tuvimos,problemas con el check-in u Jon el acceso al alojamiento.

La web para realizar el check-in. No funcionaba bien. No escaneaba los dnis aunque así lo anunciara y hacia el procedo interminable. Después de una hora intentándolo tuve que hacerlo finalmente enviándole los documentos a la chica que atendía el teléfono en caso de urgencia.
