Perfect location, lovely comfortable, spacious apartment.

Comfortable, stylish, good location

The front room over looking the street was very noisy, we had to open the window as it was very warm and in the Saturday night there was a lot of people noise and on the Sunday from 2am the Lorrie’s were unloading stuff for the super market. We would also have liked bigger towels, they were all small and there was no hand towel in the downstairs loo and not enough loo roll.

Excellent facilities - lots of space and very comfortable and clean

It was very hot at night, so we had to have the windows open. And it was Very very noisy at night - the kebab shop opposite didn’t close until 06.30. And at the back there were lots of people drinking, arguing and being sick. We did not sleep well.

Great, but the noise.....

Beautiful looking, clean, appartment. It has everything you need. Great location. Right in the city centre, next to a supermarket, everything walkable and closeby. Car parking closeby. Superb. Good instructions for checking in and out.

The noise. We stayed from friday till monday. The back bedroom faces an alley where lots of people tend to hang out during the night. We guessed it was from the bar next door. Also it has lots of big trash bins where, from very very early in the morning, glass bottles are thrown in. The front bedroom was awfull because of noise as well. There is a Shoarma place across the street, and its open till 6 am on saturdaymorning and 6:30 am on sundaymorning. Lots of partying people, screaming drunken people. We were in the appartment with 4 people and non of us could sleep for 3 nights. It was absolute awful. The windows need some tight shutters or extra glass, or something to bring the decibels down. Everything else about the apartment is great but because of the noise its unliveable and we were happy to be going home to get some actual sleep.

Uncharacteristically impolite, aggressive host, in a wonderful city. Issues with facilities detailed in comments from 1 year ago, like the leak in the bathroom, still not fixed.

Kitchen is in need of restocking of utensils (there were only 2 tea spoons) Music and noise from the street can be loud and all day/ most night. We did not mind but guests should be aware of this when booking. Location is fantastic but this can be disturbing for some.

Great Location, lots of space. Very noisy!

Fantastic location. Lots of space for the whole family. Cool decoration.

One of the bedrooms are towards the street and it's very noisy! You can hear people partying until the morning. I recommend ear plugs. The other bedroom is towards the inner street, so this was more quiet. The neigbours had also a party one night upstairs and they were running up and down the stairs and also calling our doorbell. Not for light sleepers!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen gemütlichen, entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Sie liegt so zentral, dass man zu Fuß alles erreichen kann

Man sollte nachts nicht sehr geräuschempfindlich sein.

Ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε απο την έλλειψη ασανσερ, την βρωμια στην είσοδο και την έλλειψη ηχομόνωσης

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια, πολύ κεντρική. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο, με 2 μεγάλα υπνοδωματια, μεγάλη κουζίνα και μεγάλο σαλόνι. Επίσης είχε 2 μπάνια το οποίο μας βόλεψε πολύ.

Με το που εμπαινες στην είσοδο του κτηρίου βρωμούσε λες και καποιος είχε κατουρήσει. Ηταν λες και περνουσες από στέκι άστεγων. Δεν είχε ασανσέρ κάτι που μας δυσκόλεψε πολύ. Δεν ηταν τελείως καθαρό το σπίτι. Ειχε πολύ σκόνη κάτω από το κρεβάτι και βρήκαμε και μια κάλτσα από καποιον προηγούμενο. Το ανεμιστηράκι μεσα στο ντούζ είχε απίστευτη σκόνη. Κάποιος είχε αφήσει ενα σπρέι αποσμητικό πάνω στο καλοριφέρ, ευτυχώς το είδαμε διοτι από την ζεστη θα μπορούσε να εκραγεί. Τέλος δεν έχει μόνωση το σπίτι και τα βράδια ακουγόντουσαν οι γείτονες του διπλα διαμερίσματος μέχρι αργα. Σε τετοιο βαθμο που δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε

Fantastisk beliggenhed i Århus Stor lejlighed med gode værelser og køkken

Ikke så hyggeligt med stillads opsat på facaden af bygningen og meget lydt fra opgangen. Badeværelset ikke praktisk når du tager bad og bruserne skulle afkalkes, da begge ikke fungeret særlig godt.

Dejlig lejlighed, som trænger til en grundig rengøring og hvor der er meget larm om natten.

Beliggenheden om dagen er fantastisk. Lejligheden er rummelig og godt indrettet.

Meget larm fra gaden hele natten, og vinduerne er ikke lydtætte. Rengøringen var mangelfuld. Bruser meget tilkalket så der kom ikke meget vand ud, der manglede bestik og der var meget støvet/nusset.
