Great seaside getaway

We really loved the location. And the apartment was very clean and welcoming.

It was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and lovely and bright with big windows.

The front door needed a draft excluder fitting. There was a good inch gap.

Position was good Quiet

The faf to get the key. We were arriving late. But had to go to a different venue to collect the key. And return it back to that venue. Why there wasn’t a simple key box at the property I don’t know. The sofa bed is leather so my friend kept losing the covers and fell off the bed himself in the night. No welcome essentials. I had to find a late night petrol station for milk and bread/butter. Staff were very nice I must get that in. Communication was excellent. We only conversed re the key. I did ask for a late check out but didn’t get a response however. We were so tired as arrived very late. Being out by 10 is not really comfortable.

I liked the location. I thought it was comfortable and clean and had everything we would need.

I didn’t like having to collect the keys from a different location and that I had to park a 5 min walk away.

A bit of a noisy stay

It was very clean.

It was in a noisy location you could hear everything happening on the street from the first floor. It was really tired and needs refreshed. None of the doors shut properly and the bedroom had no curtains only pull down blinds which let the light in. We wouldn’t stay again.

Great place to stay,but admin staff are disfunctional

Neat apartment, clean and cosy, perfect for a small family - very good location too - 6 bus stop rides from the city centre, bus stop is around the corner. Had some troubles with the parking initially ( there is a car park 2min walking distance, but it is free,so was quite busy in the early afternoon), however once the car parked,all was good.

The staff..3 days before my stay started getting messages about parking and early or late check ins. Added the parking (which turned out to be unavailable due to long-standing residents). A day later another message about needing to pay my deposit immediately - on booking.com was stated that I can pay on arrival, so that's what I told them - then received a message about early check in again! To which I said I was responding about the deposit,so they said it's okay,I can pay it on the spot. Another half a day later another message about early check in!! At that point I have decided to change my plans and add it, so it's easier on my family. So the day comes, while driving to Plymouth messaged them asking to confirm that is ready, - answer was yes. We arrived,and when I asked them I was told pick up my keys at 3pm,no early check-ins. So we changed our plan,I diverted my family to another place, and messaged Pureservice yet again to ensure I am not charged,to what I receive a message saying my early check in is ready!!! It's like they don't talk to each other whatsoever. Then I picked up our keys and all was ok. Best part was the morning of a check out,drove there (note - there is no parking so I left my car on a double yellow with the hazards on) - then stood in the queue with another couple, while the receptionist was flirting with some dude, telling him she is a manager and she is amazing 🤣

Excellent stay, high quality accomodation

Great property, high quality furnishings comfortable bed. Great kitchen facilities. Wonderful location. Excellent helpful communication from staff.

Issues with booking this property were. Having to paying £150 deposit that is held for several days. This was not clear upon booking and I would not have booked had I known this. Also check in had to be done at a different location. Ok if you have a car, but if not added travel time.

Lovely space, shame it let itself down.

Looks very pretty, comfy bed in bedroom.

We requested sheets etc for the sofa bed these were not present. Gap under apartment door which meant the smoke from the downstairs Chainsmokers was constantly coming into the apartment. Minimal tea and coffee, very noisy as all windows are single glazed. Fridge made noises all night making it difficult for the guest in the living room to slee. Additional costs for damage etc which was not on the initial price!

Fantastic pet friendly apartment

Amazing apartment, really clean and felt like a home away from home. Plenty to do in the local area. They even alllow pets which is brilliant.

Carpet was loose as soon as you walk into the apartment - needs re-fitting. TVs (although decent) may need upgrading to allow clients to access to their own subscribed digital services e.g. Disney+, Netflix, Amazon, etc....

Great place for a short stay, convenient for city centre.

Quiet location near Royal William Yard and an easy walk into the city centre. We only stated for one night, but the flat had everything necessary for a longer stay.

Got a little cold, and some more blankets would have been nice.

Nothing

There was banging continuously, the handle to the front door kept being pulled and the door was rattling. Arrive after a 4 hr drive at 7pm to have left my 10:30pm as none of us could sleep with the situation with the door and the banging from Upstairs. When we called for just one night of our money back the lady was extremely rude and said it wasn’t her fault honestly would not recommend to anyone especially those with young families.

Underwhelmed

The kitchen-diner was well laid out. The apartment was very modern, spacious, clean and relatively well maintained. It was close to the Royal William Yard and 5 minutes walk to the Cremyll ferry that runs to Mount Edgcumbe Park. Good pubs close by and the selection of fast food that you can have delivered is staggering.

Not equipped for families. The kitchen was adequate in size and appliances, and looked good but lacked the utensils and crockery to actually cook anything more sophisticated than eggs and sausages. We ended up ordering deliveroo for four nights. The parking was diabolical. If you arrive in anything more substantial than an original mini, you'll either have to climb out the window or swap paint with the wall or the car parked next to you. There are also insufficient parking spaces for the number of flats. There is a free (but very popular) car park close by, but if that's full too - good luck! The road noise in the lounge/kitchen is overpowering and relentless. No double glazing means closing the windows only makes it hot and noisy.

Location was amazing were clean in communal areas.

The front door carpet was raised and had come away from the fresh hold as you enter the flat my wife trip and fell into the wall in front and hurt her arm . The bathroom door won't not shut properly as the tiles on the bathroom floor were lose and raised. The front room light above the sofas did not work. The waldrobe in the bedroom had a hole in the door. Paying this much to stay in a high end apartment this was not good enough

Lovely apartment in great location.

The apartment is lovely and modern with all the facilities you could need. It has a nice open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and a good size bedroom with great views over the marina. The location is also ideal, being just a few minutes walk from Royal Williams Yard with its restaurants, and a 5-10min car journey into the centre of Plymouth. Well worth a stay.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like. The bed could have been softer, but that’s down to personal preference.

Es ist schön gewesen nur 200m vom Meer entfernt zu sein, mit der 200m entfernten Fähre kann man zur Halbinsel übersetzen und dort sehr schön wandern.
