The worst hotel stay of my life

We arrived 10 minutes prior to 11pm. The reception was meant to be open until 11pm and we had prewarned the staff that we needed to store insulin and freezer block in their fridge /freezer as my dog is diabetic. No one was around and the staff did not pick up or reply to emails. We finally got a hold of the night guard at 1am (not the hotel staff) who did they're best, coming out and letting us in to store insulin. Safe to say this completely ruined our night and the next day's long day as we had not been able to store the freezer clamp sufficiently and worried the insulin would go of. We received no apologies from the hotel staff. 0 for effort, 0 for customer support and 0 for common human decency.

Overnight stay. Not for a hot weather and overpriced mediocre breakfast

The staff were nice enough and were professional. Our room was by the garden area with space and picnic tables which was nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was of good quality size. Fair for price of room. Uncomfortable during a hot day and night as has no airconditioning.

Overpriced breakfast!!! 15 euros for such a mediocre, sad breakfast. I don’t recommend it at all. Came during the heat wave, room came with a small fan for a double room / 2 people which was not enough. Too hot!

Clean budget hotel.

Price. Free Parking. Close to motorway for onward travel. Easy to get to town centre on a bicycle.

Breakfast was basic. Boiled eggs had run out with no offer to cook another one (we weren't near the end of the advertised breakfast time). Pastries were also finished.

The location was good. I came late in the night but a message was dropped at the reception door to check in.

The hostel form and the fact that it was just open to anybody. Anyone could walk up the stairs and knock on your door. My first night a man came to room 36 and knocked without end. When I realised he was not going to stop, I opened the door and he asked if this was the administrative office.

Not value for the money

Expensive, extremly old building and rooms. Everything was so old in the room, smelled awful, no AC in the rooms, you can hear everything from the rooms next to yours… bed and matress were in an extremly bad condition, too hot room and no refrigerator in the room, basicly its too hot and you cant have a cold water. High five to the new guy on the reception, did his best. Wouldnt recommend this place for families with kids. Not worth for the price, so expensive for old and creepy rooms

Very convenient location, close to the highway that leads from the Netherlands to Germany. In addition, the hotel has everything you need: a comfortable big bed, the room is quite warm, a comfortable shower with warm water, there is a hair dryer, there is also a kettle and the possibility to make coffee and tea... We are very grateful to the staff for their attitude towards people! We didn't have time to arrive by 11:00 p.m. and were late, but on the door of the hotel my name and the location of the key to my room were written in Ukrainian, and they also informed me that I would be able to pay later... I thank the staff very much for this, you are the best!!!
