Apartments Zed Vila Zvoncica

Хорошее расположение. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое. Видел комментарии по работе wifi - ничего такого не заметил, все работало прекрасно. Заезд был без проблем - оставили ключ на стойке. Прекрасное место, приехал бы сюда еще. Хотелось бы, конечно, выезд чуть попозже, не в 10 утра :) В качестве предложения - предложил бы сделать guest directory с описание возможностей в апартаментах. Например, что в номер установлены электрические обогреватели и их надо включить самостоятельно. И что еще есть в апартаментах. Где дают завтрак - не нашел, есть ли ski room также не уточнял :)

The location is perfect. The room is very clean and exactly what you need for a ski holiday. The bed is comfortable, the facilities are good (inc. the Wi-Fi) and the apartment is nice and warm. The ski lockers on the ground floor are good for storage and the management are responsive on bookings.com.

There is rarely anyone in reception. There is a phone number to call but it doesn’t always result in someone coming to help. We checked in with the help of a car parking attendant- it also claims free parking but there are only a few spaces outside of the apartment to park along the road. We had to pay 30€ to park for 3 days slightly further down the hill. We had to message in advance to get someone in reception to check out and pay (which is cash only). They also told us someone was coming on the third day to hoover and change towels, but that never happened.
