Dirty, uncomfortable and bad communication

It was close to the beach.

Firstly the contact number I got to call for key collection was an old number - I texted it hours before we arrived to let them know our ETA, no answer, I called multiple times once we arrived and still no answer, just a text, to text the other number that contacted me. I had no other number, after some wait I got a text from someone and could get the code for the key box. The building on the photo is the one next door, the actual building is inside between other building, there is hardly any natural light coming in, we had to have the lights on downstairs during the day. It’s also much smaller than on the pictures, I think it would be way too tight for four people staying there. It wasn’t very clean, I had to look behind the washing machine and the couch because I dropped something to both places, both so dirty with trash, food traces and lots of dirt and mold under. I put a photo of the space behind the washing machine. The beds are very uncomfortable apart from one of the single beds, the springs are pressing into you while you lay on them. There were a lots of ants one day and I contacted them, got an answer a day later that someone will come and also leave some traps for the ants - they never came. Prepare with toilet paper and extra kitchen towels if you need them, there was a roll of toilet paper, no extra, one kitchen towel, no chopping board and the knives are hard to cut with. Communication with the agency who rents it out is very bad.

Plíseň ve sprchovém koutě, plíseň v elektrické zásuvce v ložnici, každé ráno desítky až stovky mravenců ve spodním patře- po našem naléhání hostitel poskytl pasti na mravence, což situaci zlepšilo. Společnost provozující toto ubytování problémy zlehčuje, i když dostala fotografie kde je plíseň i velké množství mravenců evidentní.

Zdecydowanie za tą cenę polecam, świetna lokalizacja, mieszkanko czyste.

Świetna lokalizacja, 200 metrów od pięknej plaży. Obiekt położony jest na uboczu Zadaru. Mieszkanko oceniam jak za tą cenę bardzo pozytywnie, bardzo pomocni właściciele. Na powitanie pyszne winko i owoce - to było bardzo miłe.

Kuchnia wymaga doposażenia w sprzęty takie jak: deska do krojenia, podstawowe przyprawy, zestaw herbat, cukier.

Alles in Allem sehr gut für den Preis.

Sehr gute Lage, ca. 100m zum Strand und zur Bamboo-Bar. Als Willkommensgeschenk gibt es eine Flasche heimischen Wein. :) Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und reagiert bei Fragen innerhalb kürzester zeit (5-10min.) man sollte aber englisch können oder eben mit Translator, was auch sehr gut funktioniert. *ca. 70 m bis zum Strand *250 m zum Supermarkt (Konzum). *Miet-E-Scooter gibt es in der Nähe. *Mehrere Bars im Umkreis
