Wonderful, accommodating host with an equally awesome rental!

A gem of a find! We had to change plans due to Storm Amy cancelling our ferry to Skye and some associated power outages. We booked this apartment mere hours before arriving, but the host was gracious, responsive, and had it ready for us. The place was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well appointed, the furniture and bedding were comfortable. I could go on an on, but this host and this rental really saved the day for us. I'd rate them higher than 10 if I could. Also, the grocery store across the parking lot has Cadbury Egg ice cream bars.

Can't say there's anything I didn't like. This place was a gem that really saved the day for us.

Comfortable Stay but not happy with Host Interaction

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious for 3 couples and we had a comfortable stay at the apartment. It was within easy walking distance to High Street Fort William and overall we had a pleasant stay. Everything was very thoughtfully planned designed with the guests' comfort in mind. Views were also very good from the apartment.

The host was not very friendly. The check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We were almost ready to check out at 10am but we had a cancer patient with us who was 75 years old so it was just taking us a while to get everyone out of the house. The cleaners landed at the place before 10am and started demanding that we vacate sharp at 10am. The host called us up and spoke very rudely saying we could delay the check out but we should be willing to pay the cleaners whom she had booked for 10am. Come on, this is NOT the way to treat guests it almost felt like we were driven out of the house. We did not even ask for a late check out but having a large group it does take a while to get everyone out. If the check in is at 4 pm (which is much later than the usual 3pm check in at most places) shouldn't she have a buffer time between check in and check out rather than have the cleaners at the doorstep driving us out sharp at 10? We ultimately left around 10.25 am. Mind you, I normally do not write about minor things and always overlook them and write good reviews about all the homes that we stay in but this did not leave a very pleasant memory and I would probably not choose this apartment again for the way the host handled our stay. Another point, On checking in, we accidentally checked into the wrong apartment because our address read 3, Sheraton Studios so we assumed it was 3 Sheraton Apartments. We accidentally overlooked our booking which read as 1, Sheraton Apartment. She did not take too kindly to us entering the wrong apartment. Probably our fault but as I said we got confused because the address read 3, Sheraton Studios.

It would be better if the shower head of the downstairs bathroom adjustable to avoid water coming out.

Overall facilities were excellent and the apt. was very comfy.

Quite lots of stairs to reach the top two bedrooms, probably 15+15 steps. Having light luggages made it much easier.

3 Sheraton Studios

It was spotless, easy to find (once we’d worked out distinction between apartments & studios in semi-dark & pouring rain! Had every mod-con from state of the art coffee machine to every conceivable kitchen requirements, massive flat screen tv with Netflix, etc, spotless/ well equipped bathroom & generally cosy feel! It had everything we needed!

Nothing.. only v slight comment I would make is carpet runner was curling at edge & also would be good if there was opportunity to recycle waste. Otherwise perfect for stopover or long weekend!

A brilliant find

Very nice apartment, beautifully fitted out. Everything you need. Washing machine is a bonus. Free parking on site. Location is on a commercial site but this isn't a disadvantage. Supermarket and cafe on site which is a positive. Very quiet at night. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return.

Beautiful accommodation and a holiday to remember!

The little touches made it extra special, such as the coffee machine with a wonderful selection of coffees, the toiletries and the excellent quality mattresses and bedding. It was so clean it felt brand new and like we were the first guests. It was immaculate, modern, light and spacious. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy breakfast or lunch in the sun. We had plenty of it, thankfully! 😁 The staff too were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return. Fort William is stunning.

heerlijk verblijf.

het appartement was schoon en het zag er van binnen precies uit zoals de beschrijving aangaf. Wat een pluspunt was er waren genoeg ingebouwde usb opladers dus niets hoeven te regelen met aparte stekkers om de mobiele telefoons op te laden. De host nam contact op om door te geven als er iets was. Ik zou het zo weer boeken als we naar Fort William zouden gaan. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om de omgeving te bekijken maar dit weet je van tevoren.
