I made reservations 3 months ahead of time and paid a month ahead of time. The day that I was supposed to check in, the lady asked me at the front desk for my confirmation number she then told me that the motel I I made reservations with has changed names and could not find my reservation nor my name that I would have to call this number that she handed me and they would help me. When I called the gentleman that answered said that he could not help me that I would have to talk to the manager of the motel. I then asked her what do I do I paid for the room and made these reservations three months ahead. she then said rudely that's why I'm giving you a number to call.At this point I was panicking because I was throwing a graduation party for my son on Saturday July 19th and had to cancel the party due to nowhere to stay and now not willing to give my money back.

This hotel is in need of a major remodel. That being said you get what you pay for. Staff is super friendly. Sammy, Corey are great
