Good location in the town centre and very clean room with very good breakfast.

The hotel has a lot going for it — a comfortable and well-equipped room, great facilities, and some of the nicest staff I’ve met (both at reception and among the cleaning team). Everything looked clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool in the morning. However, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom — seemingly from the faucets and drains. It appears to be a recurring issue, as mentioned in other reviews. The cleaning staff used deodorant spray, but unfortunately, it didn’t help and only masked the odor temporarily. We stayed just one night and kept the balcony doors open, which made it a bit more bearable. It’s really a pity, because everything else about the hotel is excellent. I wouldn’t recommend staying for more than one night until this issue is properly addressed.

I visited Diana Hotel in 2022 and was so happy with the service that I came back again in 2025. They lived up to my previous expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was plentiful and the pool/view is perfect. Central to everything you need. I’ll be returning to this hotel again if I come back to Zakynthos.
