My experience with Wilkens Buick was a fantastic one. A service Manager called me back to listen to my concerns and set my appointment for next week. When I arrived the following week at the appointed time, everyone was courteous and I was promptly waited on. I was given fair prices, options, and recommendations. My vehicle was also returned to me faster than expected. I would definitely come back to this dealership and I would recommend this service department.

I bought my 2014 Verano on October 13th. My salesman, Gerrett Brooks, was fantastic. He was professional, courteous, and really cared about what I was looking for. He found exactly what I wanted...to my specifications. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the purchase experience. His aftersales service is great...I would certainly recommend Wilkins to anyone who was looking for a Buick...or actually anyone who was looking for a new car...get a Buick! Good experience. I hope the service is as good as the purchase experience...

I have bought many cars in my life, but never have had an experience like this. Our salesman "Chuck Outen" was absolutely superb! He listened to what we wanted and with complete understanding gave us a list. Once we narrowed it down to two of them he went through in extensive detail with incredible knowledge of what each had, the pricing and what was the best deal "for us". A lot of this was done on the phone ahead of time so when we came in he had both vehicles on paper, side by side and explained again. He then took us out to drive each one and we made our decision. He had to order the vehicle from another dealership and when it came in he called us right away, and didn't try to rush us; he was always extremely patient and so very kind. When we came in for the car, he had everything ready and took us out to go over the entire car and show us how everything worked. When we came inside we were ready to go to finance and Chuck had already let the finance person know what we wanted and we spent 20 minutes in finance. We were done! It was faster than grocery shopping and we left knowing more than we ever knew about a car. Usually buying a new car is very stressful, but Chuck Outen made the best experience of all time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and a complete pleasure, He made the experience so incredibly pleasant and we are so grateful! Thank you Chuck, you did everything and made our experience one that we will never forget. We will recommend you to everyone we know and will come to you for our next vehicle. How refreshing to find someone with so many qualities. Someone who knows the vehicle completely and did all the leg work before we even arrived each time so we didn't have to sit through a long day or days. Thank you to all at Wilkens GMC, especially Chuch Outen! Lee and Eileen Pugh

Wilkins Buick has the greatest salesman in the world Chuck he's a great person who will walk you though the first time buyer process with understanding and professionalism. Chuck is a great person to have your first time experience with buying a new car. I love my new Buick it's one of the new one's My Verano. The service is people aren't as warm and friendly as I expected for the service I received from Chuck I was lead to believe that the whole company was a family. I did have the chance to meet the owner who was a friendly person. Thank you Chuck you're the best.

Took my Buick Encore in to have a Oil change and tire rotation. The total wait time was over 1 hour, when it was time to leave no one told me the vehicle was ready. It sat in the service bay for a good minutes. Until I inquired about my vehicle being finished. To top this visit off NOT ONE PERSON mention to me that an EMPLOYEE had ran my car into something or back into my car with another vehicle.. TOTALLY unacceptable for a dealer to approve of this type of destruction to your person property. Per the service Director (Robert) this is expected to happen with vehicle at Wilkins because they move vehicles in and out all day.. When I took my Vehicle back to have the Damage fixed on it, I asked for a loaner car the Vehicle they gave me was a 2014 GMC Terrian. This vehicle was absolutely disgusting inside and out.. Apparently they never cleaned the car it had trash throughout the car, and not to mention food inside the seats fries cup marks on the dash board,and a gas tank that was almost empty. I was told my vehicle would be ready on Wednesday and I would receive a call from letting me know this. All day long I waited for a call finally I decided to call around 4:45. To make a long story short the work that was suppose to be performed on my Buick Encore was Not Performed, however they tried to say it was the marks were just waxed or touched up with paint, and they tried to bend my license plate back into shape. I did speak with the General Manager Bruce who is trying to rectify the issues. Please be aware of your vehicle and check it over before leaving the dealership....
