The V2 handle lock is made for use on PVC casement or awning windows.  This lock mounts through two PVC walls on the frame of the window.  The sizes and spacing of the V2 mounting holes are shown on FIGURE 1 (Click Below).

Mounting hole for the S2 handle is similar to that needed for the V2, except that the slot in the second PVC wall is longer, coming much closer to the screw holes.  The S2 mounting hole will also work for the V2 lock.  The sizes and spacing of the S2 mounting holes are shown on FIGURE 2 (Click Below).

Two yellow tinted mounting screws are driven from behind through the two round holes in the second wall, and into corresponding holes in the lock itself.

The lock engages a keeper (KP or KG ordered separately) mounted on the sash of the window.  An optional TD series tandem rod can connect two V2 locks to open together.

The V2 handle lock is constructed of acetal material, with a tough zinc alloy hook.  A complete ordering number combines the product category V2 and a color code (e.g. V2WG, V261).

Mounting screws are included with the V2 lock and accommodate both Phillips and Square Socket drive.
